24 Hour Cancellation Policy
To ensure the best service possible for all our clients, we have implemented the following 24-hour cancellation policy
*DEPOSIT POLICY*
If a cancellation is made less than 24-hours of your appointment the deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee to The Loft Hair Salon.
No-show clients will also have their deposits retained as a no-show fee to The Loft Hair Salon.
We understand circumstances may arise however we require sufficient notice to accommodate other clients.
*RESCHEDULING*
If you need to reschedule your future appointment please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your new appointment time, subject to availability.
*EXCEPTIONS*
In the event of a medical emergency or other extraordinary circumstances, we may consider exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis
By booking an appointment with The Loft Hair Salon, you acknowledge that you have read, understand and agree to our 24-hour cancellation policy.
PRICING
Our price list at The Loft is based on a tier system on level experience. Our starting price is a service with our Senior Stylist and progresses to pricing based on an experience with our salon owner. The starting prices for colour are listed as minimum pricing based on weight of how much colour we would expect an average length and thickness of hair should take. If we are required to use more colour based on variables such as extra long regrowth, resistance mix of colour, medium to thick density, we will be required to charge more for the colour usage by the stylist.
