If you are unsure of what service you would like or you have an in depth request, we recommend booking a free of charge consultation with one of our helpful stylists to give you a breakdown on how your dream hair may be achievable. There is also a service description located here to help you select your appointment accurately.

We appreciate your time and will do our upmost best to accomodate for late cancellations and rescheduled appointments. If possible, please give us at least 24-48 hours notice as we have a cancellation list of people. You can also do this by responding to your confirmation text or reaching out to our salon receptionist who will be able to assist you through the process.

We recommend booking in advance after every appointment to avoid disappointment as our stylists are in high demand. We sometimes have last minute cancellations, so we recommend asking our salon receptionist to add you to our cancellation list and following our socials to find a last minute booking. We also have an instagram channel for cancellation bookings that updates daily.

Whilst we always to deliver an outstanding and relaxing experience at The Loft, we do realise that schedules and lives of guests are busy. We aim to have every service complete within 3-4 hours. We do prefer not to rush your experience, especially when it comes to colour as we pride ourselves on the quality and longevity of your service.

Over the last 17 years, The Loft has been a committed Goldwell colour salon.
Kerastase is our go to for hair perscriptions. We also offer Mr Smith and Kerasilk.

These Terms and Conditions govern the membership offered by The Loft Hair Salon to individual clients ("Members"). By enrolling in the membership program you ("the Member") agree to the following terms.
1. Membership Term
The membership has a contract length of 12 months.
After the initial term, the membership will end and benefits will expire unless otherwise renewed.
2. Cancellation Policy
Members may not cancel during the first 3 months.
After this period, you may cancel at any time with written notice via email of 4 weeks. We have $0 cancellation fee.
No refunds will be issued for payments already made, except as required by the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
3. Cooling-Off Period
If you sign up online or away from the salon premises (for example, over the phone), you have 14 days from the date of sign-up to cancel for a full refund, provided no membership benefits have been used.
To exercise this right, contact The Loft Hair Salon in writing or via email within the 14-day cooling-off period.
4. Payment
Membership fees are charged automatically on a monthly basis to the payment method provided.
You must ensure your payment information remains current.
If a payment fails, your membership may be suspended until the issue is resolved.
5. Rollover Policy
Included services or credits follow this rollover policy: No roll over.
Expired or unused services cannot be redeemed for cash, nor transferred to another person.
6. Booking and Appointments
All appointments are subject to availability.
Members must provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule.
Failure to do so may result in forfeited services or fees in line with salon policy.
7. Freezing or Holding Membership
Members may request to pause (freeze) their membership for a minimum of 2 weeks and a maximum of 4 weeks in any 12-month period.
Requests must be made in writing with sufficient notice.
Membership benefits cannot be used while frozen.
8. Changes to Terms or Pricing
The Loft may update these terms or pricing with at least 14 days' written or electronic notice.
If you do not agree to the changes, you may cancel your membership prior to the effective date.
9. General
Memberships are non-transferable and for individual use only.
By joining, you agree to abide by salon policies and these terms.
These terms do not affect your statutory rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the state or territory in which the salon operates.
